Get in touch
Click the apply button on the given job opening and send us your CV, LinkedIn profile, GitHub repo or just a few words about yourself. While we don’t have a standard template to use for applicants it is always worth to browse our website and tell us how you can help us become even better at what we do: Do you have experience from similar projects? Are you an expert in a new technology? Tell us why you would be an awesome member of our team!
First Meeting
If we like what you wrote and have a suitable position open for your skills we will invite you to a first, laid back meeting with Iza, our Chief Happiness Officer. This meeting is usually organized remotely as a Zoom or Google Hangouts video conference where you will tell more about yourself, what you do and why you want to join the ranks of our company. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask questions about codequest.
Pair Programming
This meeting is a little bit different depending if you are a developer, a designer or any other creative. In general the focus here is to verify your skills by meeting with a Senior that has expertise in the field where we are looking for candidates. If you’re a Ruby on Rails developer you will meet with a RoR Senior from our team. This meeting is also often linked with a pair programming session or a test based on questions that can verify your skill level.
Group Meeting
As we are a pretty tight crowd and value the opinion of every employee, the last stage of the recruitment process is a group meeting with the whole team. This might sound like a potentially nervous encounter but it is actually a very laid back conversation where people can ask you questions and vice versa. The outcome is a clearer picture for us about you and for you about us, the perfect way to finish a recruitment process won’t you say?
